Great customer service for a new homeowner

Daniel was very patient and offered honest advice for me when I was going through my first property investment. He provided off-hours support and is very thorough in explaining every single line item in the loan worksheet, etc. He is responsive to my realtor and lawyer and is very respectful of my decisions during the negotiation and loan processes. I would recommend Danny to my friends and family.

FLEXIBLE, FRIENDLY AND EFFICIENT

As a first time home buyer, the process of getting pre-approved for a loan was intimidating. Nathalie was knowledgeable and always available when I needed her. She was friendly but she did not sugar coat things. She told me exactly what I was eligible for and would even go as far as to crunch the numbers for me so I had an idea what my monthly mortgage would look like in specific houses we were looking at. I felt very comfortable with her which is important with such an important purchase. I would recommend her to anyone.

I called MBA with less than three months to close and move into a home, and they said, “let’s make this happen.” I’m writing this review two months later, sitting on the patio of my new home. I cannot recommend MBA enough. Bob, Shawn, Kristen, and quite a few more dealt with my late-night calls and emails, responded to my worries, and brought me home. Because of MBA, I am now a homeowner, and I can’t rave about them enough.
