Where do I begin with MBA? From the moment I started speaking with Danny Le (getting approved), at the start of the process, all the way to the very end (getting through underwriting) with Brianna V and Maria D., I truly could tell I was in the hands of some very competent, sharp, responsible, experienced people. Danny Le got me the lowest possible interest rate of anyone I know. I interviewed so many mortgage companies (an unhealthy amount) and Danny’s rate won by a massive margin every single time. Even after MBA paid for my closing costs, my rate was still under 3%. Mitchell C. was patient, helpful, and reachable during the DocuSign process. Brianna and Maria towards the end were immensely responsive and strategic. They were honest about the process, never over-promising or bullshitting me, but also keeping things positive, practical and moving along. As long as I was providing the documents and verifications they were asking for, they were always readying to take that next leap in the process. There was never a delay. Even the appraisal, which was ordered by them, was done exactly on time without issue. In general I’ve heard so many horror stories about buying a house, I really was prepared to experience my own horror story, but MBA came through like true mortgage lending scientists and I could not have had an easier journey. MBA? More like MVPs! I plan to purchase more buildings in the future and I can’t imagine doing that without the MBA Mortgage team.

FLEXIBLE, FRIENDLY AND EFFICIENT

As a first time home buyer, the process of getting pre-approved for a loan was intimidating. Nathalie was knowledgeable and always available when I needed her. She was friendly but she did not sugar coat things. She told me exactly what I was eligible for and would even go as far as to crunch the numbers for me so I had an idea what my monthly mortgage would look like in specific houses we were looking at. I felt very comfortable with her which is important with such an important purchase. I would recommend her to anyone.

When we started our home search, we weren’t even certain which state we would purchase in. I was working six days/65+hours a week and we were entirely new to the home buying process. Brian worked with us to make sure we were well informed and helped get all of the paperwork arranged around our busy schedule. We ended up in a great home and were able to close two weeks early thanks to Brian’s rapid response to everything. Best of all, the down payment was close to half what I had expected!
