This is my second review for Brian Hunton and his team at MBA Mortgage. When interest rates dropped, I reached out to refinance my home after having such a positive experience as a first time homebuyer with them 3 years ago. Again, I had no idea what I was doing and they educated me and promptly answered all my questions. They have always left me feeling like I knew what I was getting myself into, and they were providing quality business and had my best interest in mind, always. I worked with Russ mostly on the refinancing and he pushed really hard to get great numbers and timely closing. It went better than I expected. I cannot express how important it is to work with a team you can trust. The peace of mind that comes from working with this team is priceless. I am grateful for the whole team at MBA Mortgage and look forward to future business with them. I encourage all my friends and family to work with them, and wish continued success for the company because they truly deserve it!

We highly recommend Sebastian. This is the second time we are working with him, the first time was when we closed on the house a year ago! Everything went smooth, he was very helpful in answering my questions since I was a first time home buyer. Even took the time to go over everything that was on the closing statement! The second time around, he called us congratulating us on our 1 year house-versary. Let us know that the mortgage rates at this time are much lower than last year when we closed. I was skeptical, considering that I am also paying for a wedding, didn’t know that we could refinance at this time. Considering closing costs and such. But he made the process so much easier! I just sent him over some paperwork, and then bam, it was all set to close. All I had to do was show up at the lawyer and sign the paperwork. They understood my crazy work schedule and they all worked around it! I would definitely use Sebastian again! 2018: We met Larry at an open house and he had some mortgage programs that our current broker did not offer. He was also very good at pretending to play the piano! Being first-time homebuyers Larry made the process simple, laid out everything for us step by step, and was only a call or text away. Once we found the house, he made sure everything was in order and ready to go. Larry made a very stressful house search easier since we knew that our mortgage was covered. He was even able to visit us at our closing, five stars, would definitely recommend him to anyone and everyone. 2019: With mortgage rates dropping, we had reached out to Larry to see what our options were and if we could save any money. Larry is always quick to respond, and with good news too! He was able to save us a decent amount of money and right before Christmas too! The refinance took less than a month and had zero stress since we knew he had it covered. Will always be a repeat customer, Larry is professional, a great neighbor, and an all-around good guy.

Working with Brian and his team was a great experience really good people to work with extremely helpful and understanding. They answered questions in a timely manner and were always friendly to deal with. Would absolutely recommend Brian and his team to anyone buying a house.

As first time home buyers, it was a very daunting task until we were introduced to Larry. He guided us all the way through the loan, was very patient answering all of our questions, and kept us informed with everything all the way through. Any home buyer needs this guy in their life.
