We cannot say enough good things about our experience with Brian and his entire team (Amanda and Russ)!! Brian helped us out when we reached out to him on a Saturday afternoon to get us an updated pre-qualification letter. He responded instantly and worked diligently to get us the letter that weekend to put an offer on a house. From that point on, he was never out of contact or unavailable. We highly recommend Sebastian. This is the second time we are working with him, the first time was when we closed on the house a year ago! Everything went smooth, he was very helpful in answering my questions since I was a first time home buyer. Even took the time to go over everything that was on the closing statement! The second time around, he called us congratulating us on our 1 year house-versary. Let us know that the mortgage rates at this time are much lower than last year when we closed. I was skeptical, considering that I am also paying for a wedding, didn’t know that we could refinance at this time. Considering closing costs and such. But he made the process so much easier! I just sent him over some paperwork, and then bam, it was all set to close. All I had to do was show up at the lawyer and sign the paperwork. They understood my crazy work schedule and they all worked around it! I would definitely use Sebastian again! We recently closed on our house and couldn’t have been happier with the service we received. We started out working with Russ and he is very quick about getting things started and talking us through the entire process and what our next steps would be.
