Professional, informative and diligent!
We worked with Nathalie to get approved for our first home loan! She was diligent and attentive from beginning to end! She educated us on the process and we trusted her input as we were making decisions throughout the process. We were thrilled when we got such a big credit to put toward our closing cost! As a first time home buyer, the process of getting pre- approved for a loan was intimidating. I got turned down the first time by my loan office.
