I had my first experience working with MBA Mortgage for a Loan Refinance. I had an excellent experience in working with them to close my deal. Working with Brian H and Brianna V, they provided top-notch service. The entire process was a very smooth transaction. Brian H was very responsive and very helpful with both presenting and helping me understand my refinance options. Brianna’s excellent communication and ability to continuously follow-up throughout the entire process to provide updates, without me having to check-in in first, always made me feel like she was on top of things. I cannot give Brian and his team enough positive praise! We had a less than ideal buying experience due to builder delays on new construction, but Brian and his team were with us in our corner every step of the way. They provided flawless communication and service, sometimes emailing me back late at night or early hours of the morning when most people are tuned out from their work-life. Rest assured that every step of the way they are looking out for your best interest and will fight for their clients. I cannot express the amount of gratitude I have for Brian, Amanda and Mickey, they are truly a rockstar team. I would 100% recommend working with them!

My wife and I went to Brian a long time before we got serious about buying a house. My wife and I both have a lot of Student Debt which is a source of stress. I actually get overtly catastrophist about money. He was very comforting and laid out a very easy-to-follow, step-by-step plan for us to become homeowners. I’ve heard horror stories about people buying houses and stressing out, breaking down, and even giving up. This was the opposite with Brian and all at MBA Mortgage. They were easy to contact, quick to respond, and even added some laughs when things were uncertain. Brian and everyone at MBA Mortgage made my wife and I feel like we were a priority and that they were personally invested in the purchase of our house. We ended up closing on October 2nd on a house my wife and I would consider the house of our dreams. Throughout the whole process, I, the catastrophist about money and finances, didn’t have a moment of doubt, regret, anxiety, or any negative feelings. My wife was shocked. We definitely wouldn’t have been able to do it without Brian and everyone at MBA.

Brian and his team were great and I would work with him in the future. Being a first time home buyer is both stressful and filled with anxiety, but MBA’s Athol branch was very helpful, always willing to answer questions and make the process as comfortable as possible. I was in a good position where I could take my time looking for a house and there was no pressure to rush into anything. There was a feeling of working together, not being under the gun because they are deadline-oriented and keep you ahead of schedule as much as possible.I suggest anyone sit down with Brian at the beginning of the process because he is a straight shooter and a good guy that will steer you in the right direction. What a process! There were a few times during this home buying purchase I WOULD have been hyperventilating into a paper bag… if not for the MBA Mortgage team. Every-single-question (and many!) were addressed, answered, and the team even followed up! Working with Brian and everyone at MBA was great. The mortgage process is convoluted and Brian laid everything out in an organized and easily understandable fashion. There were a lot of hoops to jump through for a USDA loan and he helped us all along the way and was available when I had to ask any questions. We had problems along the way with small things and we solved them quickly and kept the process moving. It was a lot to wrap your head around and having someone that completely understands the process is a must-have. Brian came as a recommendation from family and I would continue recommending him to friends and family for the great work he does.
