As a first time home buyer, Team Hunton was great with helping me throughout the process. At times I was unsure of what documentation may be needed throughout the whole process in applying to buy home. Christina Destefano and Russ Vescovi were super helpful in the process, especially when I may had been confused on certain documents for the loan. The biggest thing for me is that they were very responsive in helping me identify the specific documents that were needed for the lender. Trying to purchase a home in the midst of Covid is probably the craziest thing I’ve done, and I went in with the intention that maybe the process would take a very long time due to being backed up with more clients than just me, however they were very on-top of things. I found the home I wanted, we started the process at the very end of August, and now I’ll be closing on my first home tomorrow (the process took about a month). I’m really happy I chose Hunton – MBA Mortgage for the process overall, Christina and Russ were great and very pleasant to work with.
