Being a first time home buyer is both stressful and filled with anxiety, but MBA’s Athol branch was very helpful, always willing to answer questions and make the process as comfortable as possible. I was in a good position where I could take my time looking for a house and there was no pressure to rush into anything. There was a feeling of working together, not being under the gun because they are deadline-oriented and keep you ahead of schedule as much as possible.I suggest anyone sit down with Brian at the beginning of the process because he is a straight shooter and a good guy that will steer you in the right direction. Tristan was absolutely amazing to work with! As a first time homebuyer I was super nervous and skeptical about literally everything to do with purchasing a home, and I couldn’t have gotten past a lot of those anxieties without him. He was always available to answer questions, and if he wasn’t available immediately he would always return calls/texts in a timely manner. If I ever decide to sell and purchase a new house, I will most definitely be going back to Tristan.
