I applied for a refinance with Larry after being turned down by 2 other brokers/lenders. Having previously worked in the mortgage industry for 10 years, I knew that while my case was difficult, it was not impossible. Larry and Amanda moved mountains to make my experience as quick and with as little hassle as possible. I was truly surprised when I was able to close with exactly the mortgage I wanted. I can’t say enough about their service, and that’s coming from someone who knows exactly how hard it can be! I will definitely look to them for all of my mortgage needs in the future.

Brian and his team were great and I would work with him in the future. Being a first time home buyer is both stressful and filled with anxiety, but MBA’s Athol branch was very helpful, always willing to answer questions and make the process as comfortable as possible. I was in a good position where I could take my time looking for a house and there was no pressure to rush into anything. There was a feeling of working together, not being under the gun because they are deadline-oriented and keep you ahead of schedule as much as possible.I suggest anyone sit down with Brian at the beginning of the process because he is a straight shooter and a good guy that will steer you in the right direction. FLEXIBLE, FRIENDLY AND EFFICIENT

As a first time home buyer, the process of getting pre-approved for a loan was intimidating. Nathalie was knowledgeable and always available when I needed her. She was friendly but she did not sugar coat things. She told me exactly what I was eligible for and would even go as far as to crunch the numbers for me so I had an idea what my monthly mortgage would look like in specific houses we were looking at. I felt very comfortable with her which is important with such an important purchase. I would recommend her to anyone.
