The moment Kristen was first introduced to the MBA Mortgage team, she instantly felt at home with the company’s focus on service and overall excellence. Kristen’s real estate background prepared her for the work she does processing important information for MBA’s clients. She enjoys hiking, camping, and game nights with friends. When she’s not “Bleeding Green,” Kristen gets involved with the Run for Charlotte, which is a road race to help raise money for families afflicted with pediatric pancreatic cancer.

Bill Adams was our loan officer and he walked us through the entire process and was so quick to respond as we prepared offers for various houses to make sure we had what we needed. Once we found The One we worked mainly with Kristen Rehs who was just as helpful as she guided us through the rest of the mortgage process. Through every single step we felt informed, well-guided, and that we had people working on our side who cared to see us succeed. Kristen was always so well-prepared and organized, it made the whole process exceptionally easy. And all this during a plague! I can’t imagine the home buying process going any easier or more smoothly than ours did, and so much of that is direct because of the work Bill, Kristen and the MBA team put in. We love our new home, and are so thankful!
