As a first time home buyer, the process of getting pre- approved for a loan was intimidating. I got turned down the first time by my loan office. However, my realtor told me that Nathalie would be able to help. She is knowledgeable, friendly, professional, to the point, and always available when I needed her. I felt very comfortable with her which is important with such an important purchase. Amanda Rockwell was apart of my experience. She was always happy to help and answer any questions I had. I highly recommend them they will go above and beyond for you and your family.

We cannot say enough good things about our experience with Brian and his entire team (Amanda and Russ)!! Brian helped us out when we reached out to him on a Saturday afternoon to get us an updated pre-qualification letter. He responded instantly and worked diligently to get us the letter that weekend to put an offer on a house. From that point on, he was never out of contact or unavailable. Brian and his team are super professional, detail-oriented, and put 110% into your particular situation. We never felt out of the loop, he always did a great job of explaining the current situation in our closing process, and what the next steps would look like. Team Hunton goes above and beyond, they are true professionals!

When we started our home search, we weren’t even certain which state we would purchase in. I was working six days/65+hours a week and we were entirely new to the home buying process. Brian worked with us to make sure we were well informed and helped get all of the paperwork arranged around our busy schedule. We ended up in a great home and were able to close two weeks early thanks to Brian’s rapid response to everything. Best of all, the down payment was close to half what I had expected!
