I had my first experience working with MBA Mortgage for a Loan Refinance. I had an excellent experience in working with them to close my deal. Working with Brian H and Brianna V, they provided top-notch service. The entire process was a very smooth transaction. Brian H was very responsive and very helpful with both presenting and helping me understand my refinance options. Brianna’s excellent communication and ability to continuously follow-up throughout the entire process to provide updates, without me having to check-in in first, always made me feel like she was on top of things. It created a sense of transparency where I was always felt like I was kept up to date on what was going on and where we were in the process. All my emails and/or phone calls were typically always responded to same-day where I never felt like I was chasing someone to help me. The MBA team exceeded all expectations!  Their communication was great throughout the process. They beat all their deadlines. I have been a real estate agent for many years, and cannot say enough about their timeliness is getting things done.

My wife and I went to Brian a long time before we got serious about buying a house. My wife and I both have a lot of Student Debt which is a source of stress. I actually get overtly catastrophist about money. He was very comforting and laid out a very easy-to-follow, step-by-step plan for us to become homeowners. Brian was very wise and optimistic about our options and, when we were ready to commit, made the process simple. I’ve heard horror stories about people buying houses and stressing out, breaking down, and even giving up. This was the opposite with Brian and all at MBA Mortgage. They were easy to contact, quick to respond, and even added some laughs when things were uncertain. We ended up closing on October 2nd on a house my wife and I would consider the house of our dreams. Throughout the whole process, I, the catastrophist about money and finances, didn’t have a moment of doubt, regret, anxiety, or any negative feelings. My wife was shocked. I applied with Cameron and his team at MBA back this spring.  They worked really hard to make sure i was able to buy my first home.  I couldn’t have been happier with the process.  Any roadblocks that came up we were able to get through them.  One of the only companies that stayed on it and got back to me quickly.

Cameron Dietrich was awesome! He worked with me to buy my dream home. He was knowledgeable and followed up on my questions. My situation wasn’t easy because I own a business, but he was able to get me a preapproval letter right away. He also provided me with some options on rates and programs. Even when it was all said and done, he checked in periodically to see how things were going. You should definitely contact this guy if your situation is more difficult than just the standard W2.
