As a first time home buyer, the process of getting pre- approved for a loan was intimidating. I got turned down the first time by my loan office. However, my realtor told me that Nathalie would be able to help. She is knowledgeable, friendly, professional, to the point, and always available when I needed her. I felt very comfortable with her which is important with such an important purchase. Amanda Rockwell was apart of my experience. She was always happy to help and answer any questions I had. As a former mortgage broker, I have to take my hat off to the team at MBA Mortgage. Brian, Russ, Amanda, Amanda, and the rest of the crew made our transaction virtually painless. As a business owner, I was worried about being self-employed and all the documentation I would need in order to get the process complete. Team Hunton told me what I needed when I needed it, so I would only have to dig up docs once. The pre-approval not only was easy but was spot-on. Seamless process!

Marilyn was a dream to work with. She made the entire process flow seamlessly. Buying a home can be stressful especially in this difficult market but Marilyn took care of it all! We would recommend her to anyone and everyone we know!

Brian explained everything so clearly. He was always available to answer any questions that I had. He is very knowledgeable and accommodating. He was able to close our loan in a very short time period. And did all the work for us. His team made it easy for us. I would use them again and highly recommend them!

I would like to thank you all for all your help throughout the entire process. This is my third time working with Bob Dell and his Team at MBA Mortgage and their phenomenal customer service. I also want to thank Debbie Munroe for all the days and nights where she was constantly working and updating me with the process and worked tireless to make sure I can buy my house. As a first time home buyer, Team Hunton was great with helping me throughout the process. At times I was unsure of what documentation may be needed throughout the whole process in applying to buy home. Christina Destefano and Russ Vescovi were super helpful in the process, especially when I may had been confused on certain documents for the loan. The biggest thing for me is that they were very responsive in helping me identify the specific documents that were needed for the lender. Trying to purchase a home in the midst of Covid is probably the craziest thing I’ve done, and I went in with the intention that maybe the process would take a very long time due to being backed up with more clients than just me, however they were very on-top of things. I found the home I wanted, we started the process at the very end of August, and now I’ll be closing on my first home tomorrow (the process took about a month). I’m really happy I chose Hunton – MBA Mortgage for the process overall, Christina and Russ were great and very pleasant to work with.
