I couldn’t give enough praise to the team led by Danny Le in helping us finalize our mortgage. We were in a time crunch the team (especially Brianna) was in contact with us the entire time trying to push this through. They made the difficult mortgage process extremely easy. We highly recommend Sebastian. This is the second time we are working with him, the first time was when we closed on the house a year ago! Everything went smooth, he was very helpful in answering my questions since I was a first time home buyer. Even took the time to go over everything that was on the closing statement! The second time around, he called us congratulating us on our 1 year house-versary. Let us know that the mortgage rates at this time are much lower than last year when we closed. I was skeptical, considering that I am also paying for a wedding, didn’t know that we could refinance at this time. Considering closing costs and such. But he made the process so much easier! I just sent him over some paperwork, and then bam, it was all set to close. All I had to do was show up at the lawyer and sign the paperwork. They understood my crazy work schedule and they all worked around it! I would definitely use Sebastian again! Brian Hunton and the rest of the MBA Team were great to work with. They were always pleasant and eager to answer any questions I had. They worked very diligently to be sure my loan process went as smooth as possible right through to closing. We hit a couple of bumps in the process but Brian always has a plan B.

Adding myself as a co-signer to my son’s loan application created more paperwork and complicated the processing. However, with Matthew and Amanda’s skill and diligence, we closed on time. I appreciate their great work, we could not have done it without them.
