2018: We met Larry at an open house and he had some mortgage programs that our current broker did not offer. He was also very good at pretending to play the piano! Being first-time homebuyers Larry made the process simple, laid out everything for us step by step, and was only a call or text away. Once we found the house, he made sure everything was in order and ready to go. Larry made a very stressful house search easier since we knew that our mortgage was covered. He was even able to visit us at our closing, five stars, would definitely recommend him to anyone and everyone. 2019: With mortgage rates dropping, we had reached out to Larry to see what our options were and if we could save any money. Larry is always quick to respond, and with good news too! He was able to save us a decent amount of money and right before Christmas too! The refinance took less than a month and had zero stress since we knew he had it covered. Will always be a repeat customer, Larry is professional, a great neighbor, and an all-around good guy.

My wife and I went to Brian a long time before we got serious about buying a house. My wife and I both have a lot of Student Debt which is a source of stress. I actually get overtly catastrophist about money. He was very comforting and laid out a very easy-to-follow, step-by-step plan for us to become homeowners. MBA was a great mortgage lender. I shopped a few lenders before Brian Hunton was recommended by my realtor. He and his team were excellent they went above and beyond for my deal and worked after hours numerous times to help get the deal done.
