As a first time home buyer, the process of getting pre- approved for a loan was intimidating. I got turned down the first time by my loan office. However, my realtor told me that Nathalie would be able to help. She is knowledgeable, friendly, professional, to the point, and always available when I needed her. I felt very comfortable with her which is important with such an important purchase. Amanda Rockwell was apart of my experience. She was always happy to help and answer any questions I had. Larry did my initial mortgage as well as my refinanced mortgage to get rid of a PMI! Very responsive and met quite a strict deadline, would recommend to everyone.
