Larry was amazing from the start. He took the time to make sure I fully understood every step of the process and was very responsive when I’d reach out with questions (even the times I’d text him at 7am). There were MANY unforeseen obstacles that got in the way of me buying my first home but Larry helped me stay calm. In the end, he found a way to make it happen and got it done extremely fast. I applied for a refinance with Larry after being turned down by 2 other brokers/lenders. Having previously worked in the mortgage industry for 10 years, I knew that while my case was difficult, it was not impossible. Larry and Amanda moved mountains to make my experience as quick and with as little hassle as possible. I was truly surprised when I was able to close with exactly the mortgage I wanted. My husband Dan and I worked with MBA Mortgage to buy our first home and they were excellent from start to finish. Bill Adams was our loan officer and he walked us through the entire process and was so quick to respond as we prepared offers for various houses to make sure we had what we needed. Once we found The One we worked mainly with Kristen Rehs who was just as helpful as she guided us through the rest of the mortgage process. Through every single step we felt informed, well-guided, and that we had people working on our side who cared to see us succeed. Kristen was always so well-prepared and organized, it made the whole process exceptionally easy. And all this during a plague! I can’t imagine the home buying process going any easier or more smoothly than ours did, and so much of that is direct because of the work Bill, Kristen and the MBA team put in. We love our new home, and are so thankful!

My wife and I went to Brian a long time before we got serious about buying a house. My wife and I both have a lot of Student Debt which is a source of stress. I actually get overtly catastrophist about money. He was very comforting and laid out a very easy-to-follow, step-by-step plan for us to become homeowners. Brian was very wise and optimistic about our options and, when we were ready to commit, made the process simple. I’ve heard horror stories about people buying houses and stressing out, breaking down, and even giving up. This was the opposite with Brian and all at MBA Mortgage. They were easy to contact, quick to respond, and even added some laughs when things were uncertain. Brian and everyone at MBA Mortgage made my wife and I feel like we were a priority and that they were personally invested in the purchase of our house. We ended up closing on October 2nd on a house my wife and I would consider the house of our dreams. Throughout the whole process, I, the catastrophist about money and finances, didn’t have a moment of doubt, regret, anxiety, or any negative feelings. My wife was shocked. We definitely wouldn’t have been able to do it without Brian and everyone at MBA.

These guys were very responsive throughout the mortgage application process. The staff was able to answer questions promptly and ensure that everything went smoothly. They kept us informed and engaged, giving us peace of mind from our first contact until closing.

I called MBA with less than three months to close and move into a home, and they said, “let’s make this happen.” I’m writing this review two months later, sitting on the patio of my new home. I cannot recommend MBA enough. Bob, Shawn, Kristen, and quite a few more dealt with my late-night calls and emails, responded to my worries, and brought me home. Because of MBA, I am now a homeowner, and I can’t rave about them enough.

My mortgage was refinanced by Nathalie & Amanda, who performed a fantastic job. My mortgage situation was a complete disaster, but they worked their magic and made everything right.
