I really can’t express enough how amazing Brian was from the get-go. I was a first-time homeowner and I walked into this process as if I were blindfolded, with so much nervousness and so many questions. As a first time home buyer, the process of getting pre-approved for a loan was intimidating. Nathalie was knowledgeable and always available when I needed her. She was friendly but she did not sugar coat things. She told me exactly what I was eligible for and would even go as far as to crunch the numbers for me so I had an idea what my monthly mortgage would look like in specific houses we were looking at. I felt very comfortable with her which is important with such an important purchase. I would recommend her to anyone.
